Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GoPaperless (gopaperless.in), we offer digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. As these are non-returnable files, refunds are only applicable in limited situations where the product is defective or undeliverable.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital downloads purchased from GoPaperless.in. Refunds are granted only if the eBook file is corrupted, fails to download, or is materially different from its description.

2. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Clear proof of the issue (screenshot, error message) must be shared via email.
• Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team by emailing read@gopaperless.in and include the following:

• Your Order ID and date of purchase
• Detailed description of the problem
• Proof of the issue (if applicable)

4. Assessment & Approval

Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days. If your request meets our refund policy terms, we will process the refund through your original mode of payment.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if approved, will be credited based on standard banking timelines:

• UPI: up to 5 working days
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 working days
• Net Banking or Wallets: 7–10 working days

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, provided the issue affects only part of the product or delivery process.

7. Payment Disputes

If there is an unresolved payment issue, customers are advised to contact us first. We will try our best to resolve any concerns before involving payment gateway partners or banks.

8. No Cash Refunds

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds via cash or alternate accounts.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our website after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
